Just Leased-49,000 SF Class A Warehouse

A 49,000 square foot Class A warehouse located in Tampa, FL was leased last week.  Pictured left, the warehouse space was available for lease for approximately four years.  Rick Narkiewicz of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant, Snyders-Lance, in the lease transaction.  Rick also represented the neighboring tenant, Covidien, in their 63,000 square foot lease. The 112,000 square foot building was a build to suit for Black and Decker where they manufactured saw blades. The cross dock facility is owned by EastGroup Properties, has dock high loading, 26 ft. ceilings and a high parking ratio.  "As always EastGroup Properties was excellent to work with and I know they will take great care of my client." Tampa Bay's warehouse market continues to tighten and has essentially no Class A space larger than 40,000 square feet available.  Several speculative buildings are under construction and will bring much needed available space in the 4th quarter.  The largest building is a 168,902 square foot dock high, 30 ft. clear warehouse. Another 500,000 square foot building is planned in the park.  Bobby Sampson and Rick Narkiewicz represent the project, Grand Oaks 75.
